At Oddiesgoodies, we believe that baking is an art form that brings joy and comfort. Our bakes are made with love, using the finest ingredients to ensure that each treat is bursting with flavor and baked to perfection. 

Delivery Information

Delivery Charges

• Our delivery fee is a flat rate of $12 per location (except Shenton Way, Orchards & Sentosa Island).  
• Delivery fee for exclusion areas is a flat rate of $18 per location.
• We do not deliver to Tuas and Jurong Island. 
• Free delivery with minimum spending of $70.

Delivery Timing

• Delivery will be based on your chosen delivery dates upon checkout. 
• Delivery timing will be made between 3pm to 8pm. 
• For requests of specific time, please kindly indicate and give one hour grace period for delivery due to traffic conditions. 

Same Day Delivery

• Unfortunately no. Our bakes are freshly baked daily and all orders have to be placed at least 3 days in advance on our website. 

Self Collection

Self Collection Locations:

We have two self-collection locations: 

1. Woodlands Avenue 12
2. Leith Road 

Full address will be provided via email once your order is confirmed. 

Self Collection Timing:

Self collection timing is stated below, unless otherwise stated

• Monday to Fridays: Between 2pm to 9pm 
• Saturday, Sundays & PH: Between 12pm to 6pm 

An email reminder will be sent on the day of collection.

If your order is not collected, it will be deemed to be forfeited by the customer. Strictly no replacements and refunds. 

Any changes to delivery & self-collection timings, please kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance. 

GENERAL 

1. Are your bakes halal certified?

Our bakes are not halal certified, but we do not use pork and alcohol in most of our bakes. Should we use any of the ingredients, it will be highlighted in the product detail page.  Please only order if you are comfortable.

2. What are the common ingredients used in your bakes?

Our bakes may contain nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs & soy products. Full detailed ingredients will be shown in our product detail page.

3. Can I order your bakes today for same day delivery? 

Unfortunately, we do not do same day delivery at this moment. Our turnaround is usually 3 days in advance. 

4. Do you do bulk/corporate orders?

Do note that bulk/corporate orders may have a longer lead time.

STORAGE

1. How do I store the bakes?

Bakes are best stored in airtight container.
Kindly consume all bakes within 2 weeks unless otherwise stated.

For longer shelf-life, you may refrigerate the bakes. Heat it up before eating. 

PAYMENT & ORDERS CONFIRMATION

1. What are the payment modes available?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Paynow/Paylah only. 

We currently do not accept AMEX. 

2. When do I know if my order is confirmed?

Order confirmation email will the details of your orders will be email to you once payment have been made.

3. Can I cancel or change my orders?

Cancellations and refunds are not allowed once order have been confirmed.
For amendments to orders, pls inform us within 24 hours upon order is confirmed.
